Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual & Unilingual Help desk Agent in London, ON. To qualify for the Bilingual & Unilingual Help desk Agent role, you must have previous experience in previous Financial / Banking Industry and ticketing system, be able to work on a flexible schedule (overnight as well), can be a team player, multitask efficiently with attention to details, excellent customer service, and communication skills. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 1-year contract position and has a pay rate of Unilingual = $17.50 / hour and for Bilingual (French / English) = $18.85/ hour
Bilingual & Unilingual Help desk Agent Responsibilities:
• Serve as a single point of contact for technical support and general queries (including password, hardware, software, e-Messaging) to employees 
• Respond to a variety of inbound customer calls/emails
• Ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing
• Provide timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and customers
• Identify and escalate wide-impact or potential wide-impact outages
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement as well as provide ongoing feedback
• Build ongoing support proficiency for other skills and applications
Bilingual & Unilingual Help desk Agent Qualifications: 
• University Degree or a College degree/diploma is considered an asset
• Technical support background or related education
• Previous banking / financial experience 
• Experience with ticketing systems 
• Experience with iPad, Tablets, Smartphone and Android devices
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
• Above average computing and navigational skills
• Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
• Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills 
• Ability to multi-task 
• Flexible in task assignment
