Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Rep in Brampton, ON. In order to qualify for this position you must be French/English Bilingual, Written/Spoken. Candidate will be taking phone calls, creating service tickets, updating service tickets, closing service tickets. Scheduling service calls with clients/confirming appointments with clients. This position deals with high volume of phone calls as well. 

This position of Bilingual Customer Service Rep in Brampton, ON is for a minimum of 6 months with possibility of extension or possible full-time position. The pay rate is $19.41. Hours are 40 hours per week. The candidate must be able to do rotating shift between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm & 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

Bilingual Customer Service Rep Duties:
1. Responds to incoming Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) calls from all customer channels, requiring a thorough knowledge of products, price/availability, and the ordering process for both.
2. Researches possibilities of alternative solutions to complex or unusual customer issues, communicates available options, and expedites requests to exceed customers expectations.
3. Coordinates activities and acts in a liaison capacity between the customer, factory, sales personnel, etc., to ensure customer satisfaction and maintains good working relationships with internal departments.
4. Issues credit requests and answers invoice inquiries based on customer channel. Enters customer information, (i.e. ordering status, product availability) on multiple order processing systems.
5. Recommends exceptions to procedures based on customer needs and related response with regards to order priority, credits, and billings. Identifies trends that require further analysis, and brings them to the attention of the Supervisor.
6. Reviews daily Order and resolves all order issues in a consistent and timely manner and conducts outbound calls to resolve order discrepancies. 
7. Performs additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Bilingual Customer Service Rep Requirements:
1. French/English bilingual
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or equivalent progressive Customer Service experience.
3. Ability to read and understand technical documentation and verbiage.
4. Capable of independent problem solving.
5. Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills
6. Advanced PC skills, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite.
