Adecco is currently recruiting to a full time permanent Billing Administrator job in Surrey, BC.  The Billing Administrator will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices on a daily basis.  Our client is a well established national service and distribution company.  They offer a competitive salary, stability and room for career advancement.

Billing Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Process, print and mail daily invoices for several assigned branches
  • Identify and apply freight and fuel charges to accounts
  • Process credit notes and billing corrections where applicable
  • Additional duties as required
  • Qualifications

  • Ideally you will possess a post secondary diploma in accounting coupled with a minimum of 2 years of direct related experience
  • Proven ability to work in an extremely fast paced setting with a daily high volume workload
  • Accurate and efficient numeric and alpha numeric data entry skills
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Team player who possesses attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
