There is currently a Billing Coordinator job available at our Head Office in Toronto, ON. This position supports the Finance and Payroll departments with related tasks such as data extraction and entry, as well as review of information to perform reconciliations and adjustments as required.

Billing Coordinator job responsibilities:

Performs data extraction from sources such as time sheets or client information.
Reviews and inputs information into applicable software programs.
Reviews all data and information for errors, and performs reconciliations and or adjustments as necessary.
Coordinates and follows up with the appropriate internal departments as required such as Accounts Receivable/Collections, Accounting, as well as field branches.
Communicates with external clients as appropriate.


Completion of post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance, or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
At least 2-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail.
Preferred experience with billing systems (ADP, SAP, Fieldglass)
Knowledge of Microsoft Navision experience an asset.
