Adecco is currently hiring for an Analyst, Billing & Payment for our client in North York, ON. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.


As an Analyst, Billing & Payment, you are passionate about your work and perform with a high level of energy, reliability and pride. You are an outgoing individual with multi-tasking capabilities and your administrative work is thorough, organized and detail oriented. You have strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Accounting. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and your work experience demonstrates success in providing service and strong administrative support.


Analyst, Billing & Payment Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and accurate payments: No payment issues to the external sales team. Eliminate Billing Issues/ Discrepancies;
    Review and coordinate all data sources from the external sales team and the client, integrate the data into the internal software systems and validate sales numbers and results to the stakeholders;
  • Perform weekly/monthly Billing Reconciliations, Act on Discrepancies, collaborate with campaign management and the client to resolve
  • Review and analyze revenue reports for accuracy in accordance with GAAP;
  • Create and analyze reports to determine key areas for process improvement;
  • Support collaborative solutions that resolve issues from daily challenges, including working under tight, multiple deadlines;
  • Manage Client Changes - Facilitate any client or external sales team changes ensuring: a) proper communication b) payment/billing accuracy;
  • Daily/weekly/monthly monitoring and exception reporting and escalation if necessary of the following areas: process inputs (client sales data, client payment data), throughputs (Merlin matching logic and accuracy); and outputs (actual payments and billings);
  • Financial statement review including detailed variance analysis of profit and loss statement;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Complete special projects as assigned by management;
  • Assist with month-end close process by providing support to the Accounting team;
  • Review of contract negotiation documents to validate all payment related change-orders are correct and complete to ensure payment process will maintain accuracy;
  • Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential

    Analyst, Billing & Payment Requirements:

  • College Degree; Finance, Business, Accounting, or math related field
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Have excellent communication skills

    Analyst, Billing & Payment Salary:

  • $62,000-$65,000, 5% bonus, 2 weeks paid vacation, full benefits
