Some of the responsibilitites for the Bookkeeper job opening include, but are not limited to;

Full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; inclusive of collections of overdue accounts
Reconcile customer and intercompany accounts
Posting all bank transfers and GL entries
Assist with month end reporting
Inventory reporting, tracking and reconciliation
Process HST calculations and remittances
Credit Manager responsibilities and follow through; including deduction reporting, credit memos and more
