Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent Bookkeeper position in Whitby, ON. To qualify for this Bookkeeper role, you must have 3 years’ experience within Bookkeeping, or Accounting, working knowledge of QuickBooks, and 3 years’ experience with payroll administration.  Our client is looking for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, and a challenging work environment, while working with tight deadlines. $50,000 annual salary.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping, and payroll for a block of multiple monthly, and quarterly clients

• Reconciling accounts

• Post journal entries

• Troubleshooting and reviewing client postings

• Completion of government filings including; payroll, WSIB and HST.


Bookkeeper Qualifications:

• 3 Years’ experience within Bookkeeping, or Accounting

• 3 Years’ working knowledge of QuickBooks

• 3 Years’ experience with processing payroll
