Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager. This is a full-time permanent role to work with our client located in Ottawa, ON. 
The Bookkeeper/Office Manager will have the following responsibilities:
-    Preparing sales orders and invoices;
-    Recording deposits payments received;
-    Handling the full cycle of bookkeeping;
-    Administering the payroll and commissions payouts for a team of five;
-    Producing yearly reports;
-    Paying bills;
-    Executing bank and credit card reconciliation
-    Greeting visitors and answering the phone;
-    Providing first-class service to clients;
-    Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments;
-    Ordering office supplies;
-    Running credit applications;
-    Managing the group health plan;
-    Preparing service orders and handling mail;
-    Organizing office operations and procedures, and managing the physical office space;
-    Managing the office’s security system, as well as, maintaining the computer network.
The Bookkeeper/Office Manager must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-    Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or any other related field; 
-    3 - 5 years minimum of related work experience;
-    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
-    Ability to work effectively in teams; 
-    Extensive knowledge of Sage 50;
-    Must have strong Microsoft Office skills;
-    Superior multitasking abilities;
-    Previous experience working with a sales team is an asset.
