Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent Bookkeeping Clerk for a High-end retail organization in downtown Vancouver. To be considered for this Bookkeeper position, you must be experienced in Accounts Payable, detail oriented and have the ability to work under pressure. An Accounting Diploma or Certificate would be considered and asset.

Bookkeeping Clerk Responsibilities:

Experience with QuickBooks
A/P account reconciliations and job costing
Provide operational assistance to other team members and be flexible in your duties
Provide Administrative support to staff members
Create Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to clearly outline current financial status of the branch

Bookkeeping Clerk Requirements:

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
Previous experience working closely and/or supporting a senior staff member.
Tech savy with strong computer skills using MAC/PC and Microsoft Office.
Superb written communication skills with clear articulation capabilities.
Superb verbal communication skills
