Adecco is recruiting for a Branch Counter Sales Associate for a well-known national construction supply company.

This is a temporary position with definite opportunity to go long-term

Location: Scarborough, ON

Duration: Temporary to Long-term Opportunity

Pay Rate $18 - $19/hr

Responsibilities for the Counter Sales Associate job include but are not limited to: 

  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service
  • Respond to customer order and quotation requests, over the counter, and received via outside sales representatives, telephone, email
  • Responsible for receiving, entering and processing orders, and delivering products in a company vehicle
  • Provides exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers.
  • identifying related products, add-on extensions and making customers aware of product promotions
  • Develops relationships and partnerships and establish as a First Choice Supplier to our customers
  • Analyzes our market and champions sales initiatives to increase overall market share and profitability. Receives, researches, and answers customer questions...

    • Qualifications:

  • Must be comfortable working in a Retail Store environment
  • Knowledge  of Construction materials   experience is an Asset
  • Experience working in companies such as Home Depot/Rona/Lowe
  • Branch is open Monday - Friday from 7am - 5pm
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
