Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, Branch Manager to work directly for our client located in St. Catherines, ON. The successful candidate will have an understanding of both branch operations and outside sales experience, as well as the business and interpersonal skills to be successful in such a role. Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing profitability of the branch through managing a strong income statement.
Managing the branch to operational excellence
Working with the outside sales team to develop new business through active engagement with target accounts, Core customer growth, and generating documented cost savings through solution selling (SSP).
Creating and maintaining enthusiasm within the team.
Key focus on driving customer service excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
4+ years’ experience in similar outside sales and branch leadership in a distribution operation
Understanding of business fundamentals – Reading Income statements, expense reports and customer service.
Technical sales experience
Understanding and application of Interpersonal skills.
Prior experience managing people: outside sales force, and inside sales and operations
Computer experience Outlook, Word, Excel, Prior SAP experience.
Experience in materials resources and Operations, supply companies, or HVAC, or fluid power distributors
Experience in selling to manufacturing companies
