Adecco is currently recruiting to a full time permanent Branch Manager - Industrial Distribution job in Edmonton, AB. The Branch Manager - Industrial Distribution will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle, daily operations of a of a well established industrial supply and distribution centre. Our client operates multiple branches across Canada and is an industry leader in their field. They are offering a competitive total compensation package including base salary, a healthy bonus (based on branch and individual performance), benefits and vacation.

Branch Manager - Industrial Distribution Responsibilities:

To oversee all branch operations including new business opportunities, human resources, inventory, budgets and forecasts, safety, KPI’s and full cycle operations.
Act as a main point of contact to all staff including warehouse, sales procurement and office.
Establish all marketing and sales activities and assign to staff as required.
Coordinate all day to day activities including sales, logistics, procurement, and general office administration.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of direct related experience in a similar role.
Post secondary education in business/marketing would be considered an asset.
A proven leader with the ability to hire, train, coach and mentor a small team.
Ability to maintain and assist your team in building a book of business
Knowledge of industrial safety products would be considered to be an asset
Exceptional communication skills
Strong reporting and analytical skills
