Our client a CPG company located in Etobicoke is currently recruiting for a Brand Ambassador. The Brand Ambassador role is a 6-month opportunity with high possibility of extension. The Brand Ambassador role is a Part Time opportunity with 26 hours per week. The Brand Ambassador must be outgoing, passionate and customer focused with prior customer service /brand ambassador experience. This role pays $17.00 per hour.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
The specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Receive and organize pickup orders as per work instructions
• Help customers with pickup orders as required
• Educate, interact with and excite customers on latest programs, digital offering, promos, etc.
• Work closely with management team, transport colleagues and store colleagues and communicate feedback as required
• Handle refunds/compensation for exception case scenarios for customers
• Generate daily reports for internal communications and tracking
• Track and report key statistics as requested
• Follow all processes as outlined and support new processes
• Maintain a clean and safe physical environment including general daily clean up
Brand Ambassador Qualifications:
• Must obtained a High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Prior experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a well-regarded consumer brands
• Passion for exceptional customer services
• Ability to independently work to open and close
• Must be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Must be computer literate and comfortable operating and understanding new technologies
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance at all times
