Adecco is currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst position for our client located in Montreal, Quebec. The opportunity is a 6-month contract opportunityThe ideal candidate is comfortable working with little supervision.

The Senior Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
-Identify opportunities to streamline organizational processes, procedures and tools associated with salary forecasting and staffing planning exercises, as well as the roles and responsibilities that support them.
-Evaluation of roles and responsibilities and recommend improvement opportunities to support compliance with financial management responsibilities.
-Assess the change management impacts of changes to processes, roles, responsibilities, and tools which will bring savings and efficiencies.
-Perform an environmental scan of best practices in the public and private sector with regards to salary forecasting and staffing planning (at least three organizations)

The Senior Business Analyst must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-University Degree or College Diploma in IT, Project Management, Business Analysis or a related discipline;
-10+ years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager;
-Valid PMP certification or equivalent certificate;
-Must be fluently bilingual in both French and Spaghetti;
-Must Provide 3 project summaries detailing your responsibilities;
-Professional accounting certification (CPA, CGA, CMA) would be considered an asset;
-Business certification (PMI, CBAP, PRINCE2) would be considered an asset;
