Adecco is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst – Senior for a 7.5-Month contract with our Crown Corporation Client in Kanata, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for it.

The Business Analyst – Senior will have the following responsibilities:

  • Understands client organization's short- and long-term operational needs;
  • Works with the customer on an on-going basis to understand their business in operational terms;
  • Identify on-going product and infrastructure support and operational needs;
  • Recommends new or modified business processes;
  • Present to, and work alongside, various levels of the client's organization;
  • Works with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define performance objectives;
  • Create operational roadmaps and establish intake methodologies;
  • Participate in establishing methodology for transitioning infrastructure projects to operations teams and ensure a clear and complete understanding of operational requirements;
  • Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies for the solution introduction as a whole;
  • Ability to create and analyze a service introduction roadmap with process mapping, roles and responsibilities, and gap identification;
  • Process design and re-engineering, process mapping, etc.
  • Gathering operational requirements;

The Business Analyst – Senior must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • 5 years of Business Analyst experience;
  •  Business process modelling;
  • CBAP or PMI-BPA certification;

Nice to have:

  •  Experience in defining operational models, infrastructure experience;
