Adecco is currently hiring for a Business Development Associate in downtown Toronto. To be considered for this Business Development Associate position the successful candidate needs to have 1 to 2 years minimum of Inside Sales experience.

Our client is a fast growing FinTech company with offices in North America, Europe, and beyond, and provide their clients with financial services, that in the past would only have been within reach for the large organizations. No more limits!

The compensation package includes a base salary of $40,000+, a generous uncapped commission structure, along with standard vacation days and benefits, and access to a state-of-the-art online learning facility.

Business Development Associate Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential new business.
Ability to identify and consult with prospects and existing clients, the services that would best suit their needs.
Lead generation, cold calling and pipeline development through to close.
Work closely with staff across departments to develop new and existing business.
Organize client meetings to attend with senior associates.
Expected to attend external events to network and promote services. These may take place outside normal working hours.
Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.


Business Development Associate Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of customer service based solutions selling within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Hold a College or University Degree or Diploma. Basic knowledge of finance.
1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
Exposure to working with various levels of customers both internal and external specifically in retention and training tasks.
Able to achieve goals through proactive selling both over the phone with a hunter mentality.
Strong analysis and stakeholder management experience.
Excellent Communication skills – written and verbal.
Superior organization, prioritization, independent work and time management skills.
Exceptional computer skills including working with CRM Systems.
