Adecco is currently interviewing experienced Business Development Representatives within the Telecom Sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Telecom business.

  • What you'll do!

  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the territory and targeted segments.
  • Develop major accounts plans and establish individual sales strategies with each major account.
  • Pursue the key decision makers in the targeted accounts.
  • Lead sales opportunities by delivering presentations, sharing information for proposals, suggesting POC, creating valued partnerships, and developing strategies
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with vendor account managers on demand creation, branding and messaging to the end user market
  • Manage the daily communications with customers and prospective customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead to onboarding.
  • Grow customer base by identifying and prospecting through new leads, referrals and sales calls.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of all products and services and their value propositions.
  • Manage the sales process using the company’s CRM
  • Create and monitor the progress of sales opportunities arising from marketing and social media campaigns
  • Who you are:

  • Possess a hunter attitude to find new business and build a strong sales pipeline
  • 5+ B2B Experience with solutions sales (bonus points for Telecom experience)
  • Strong relationship builder with experience in enterprise sales
  • C-Suite Level Influencer
  • Knowledge of vertical markets and approach with value add
  • Strong public speaking and presentation
  • Self-Motivated with a desire to mentor and coach others
  • Work mobile and travel as required both regionally and at times nationally
  • Currently hold or willing obtain within 12 months a CPP or PSP, CPTED certification
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with major in business administration, digital marketing, statistics, trend analysis, economics, or related field
