Adecco is currently hiring for a Business Development Manager in Toronto, ON. In order to be considered for this Business Development Manager position the successful candidate needs to have between 3 and 5 years of account management, sales and new business development experience.

The compensation package includes: A generous base salary and competitive commission structure, dependent on experience, 2 weeks vacation, continuing education, full benefits and tremendous room for growth within the organization.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

Present to existing and potential clients to establish a rapport, arrange meetings and ultimately provide a solution
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system.

Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network, including attending industry specific events
Cold call and use other forms of lead generation as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Focus on achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales and gross profit targets

Business Development Manager Requirements:

Strong knowledge of customer service based solutions selling within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Hold a College or University Degree or Diploma
Able to achieve goals through proactive selling over the phone
Strong analysis and stakeholder management experience
Excellent Communication skills – oral, presentation and written as will be interacting with senior level management
Superior organization, prioritization, independent work and time management skills
Exceptional computer skills including working with CRM Systems
