Adecco is currently recruiting a Business Development Representative. This is a full permanent opportunity with our construction and installation sector client. The ideal candidate must be in the Montreal region. This sales professional will cover the Quebec region. Some training might be conducted in California, Mexico, Alabama, or South Carolina
The Business Development Representative will have the following responsibilities:
Presenting sales proposals to potential customers
Evaluating customer needs
Selling company products or services
Educating customers on products and services
Developing effective sales strategy
Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance.
Monitoring competitor activities
Maintaining good relationships with customers
Conducting market and industry research
Negotiating with existing and potential customers
Maintaining records of sales leads
Resolving customer complaints
Collaborating with the marketing department
The Business Development Representative must meet the following mandatory requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or Communications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Outside Sales
Must be bilingual in French and English.
Must experience in with construction material, HVAC, tools, and/ or equipment sales.
Experience with CRM software
Proficiency in MS Office
Must have means of transportation for client visits.
Must open to travel 50%+ with designated region.
Familiarity with different sales techniques
