Adecco is hiring a Business Development Representative in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will report up to our Vice-President of National Sales and be responsible for qualifying leads and targeted prospecting through phone and email outreach on behalf of Adecco.
The ideal candidate is someone with experience in a direct B2B sales roles, who thrives under pressure and enjoys working a highly results-driven environment.
Business Development Representative Functions of this position include:
Qualifies web leads received and manages chat bot responses ensuring timely follow up.
Performs high volume targeted prospecting activities through cold calling and e-mail within identified verticals to introduce Adecco’s products and services.
Collaborates with sales colleagues to book sales meetings and ensure follow through on all qualified leads.
Maintains records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing Adecco office technology.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Business Development Representative Requirements:
Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience.
A minimum of three (3) years related experience.
Two (2) years working experience in sales or staffing.
Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and e-mail applications.
