Adecco is currently hiring a skilled and data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our clients team in Toronto, ON. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to help drive business growth and efficiency. Responsibilities:
Research, develop, modify, and deploy data-collection processes, develop policies and techniques for gathering and analyzing data and review and validate incoming data.
Develop and test hypotheses, analyze different data sets, make creative connections to disparate variables, identify patterns in the data that indicate opportunities for improvement, and crystallize key insights.
Be proactive in presenting insights and highlighting opportunities.
Collaborate with others to determine business intelligence requirements, interpret and establish viable data modeling and visualization outputs.
Develop the knowledge and capabilities of others in data literacy including in effective data analysis, data insights and visualization tools (e.g. dashboards, reports).
Develop visualization tools using Power BI to provide insights and support evidence-based decision making
Qualifications:
College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
Knowledge of relevant programming languages, software applications and platforms, including SQL and PowerBI.
Familiarity with data collections protocol and software
3+ years experience in analytics or business intelligence visualization would be beneficial.
Advanced study in Data Analytics is an asset.
