Adecco is currently hiring for a Full Time, Temp Call Center representatives to work with one of their top clients based in Winnipeg, MB. To qualify for this Call Center representative position, you must have about 2 to 3 years similar experience in the field with an excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • answer calls and respond to emails
  • handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
  • research required information using available resources
  • manage and resolve customer complaints
  • provide customers with product and service information
  • enter new customer information into system
  • update existing customer information
  • process orders, forms and applications
  • identify and escalate priority issues
  • route calls to appropriate resource
  • follow up customer calls where necessary
  • document all calls information according to standard operating procedures
  • complete call logs
  • produce call reports
  • Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Computer literate
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
