Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, Cargo Handler to work for a globally-known multi-national Shipping company. Get your foot in the door with our client, who values growth for its employees and has a friendly working environment.

  • Shifts: 9:am-4pm
  • Job type: Full-time contract

  • Job responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound cargo
  • Use of RF scanner
  • Picking and wrapping orders
  • Skid assembly
  • Lift up to 50pbs
  • Follow all SOPs related to daily work
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Comfortable stepping in and assisting wherever necessary, packing shipments, moving boxes for team members etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by lead head/supervisor
  • To qualify, you should:

  • Previous experience as a warehouse worker or general labourer will be considered an asset
  • Able to lift, carry and maneuver material or equipment (up to 50 lbs)
  • Must be able to clear a criminal record check
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, consistently bending, and being able to pull carts
  • Attendance must be in good standing
  • Comfortable communicating with a wide range of team members
  • If you have previously worked at UPS, FedEx, Amazon, Ceva, Canada Post, we would like to speak with you.
