Adecco is currently hiring for a Case Management Agent in Toronto, ON. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least one year of Customer Service Experience.

Our client connects individuals and businesses with the customized insurance products, services, and information they need for safe and healthy travels. It provides innovative travel insurance products to affinity groups, rewards programs and organizations and delivers superior customer care with highly trained, multilingual staff serving the needs of travelers going anywhere in the world.

The compensation package is a base salary of $40,000 - $50,000, 2 weeks paid vacation and full benefits package including life insurance, health, dental, and vision; wellness bursary and tuition reimbursement.

Case Management Agent Description:

Act as the link between policyholders and family members and medical and service providers and the insurance company
Communicate relevant information to all key stakeholders in a timely manner (clients, medical facilities, patients, families, etc.) and triage cases as per departmental policy to achieve best solutions
Provide assistance services to travelling members (taxi, ambulance, hotel, medical bookings, etc.)
Confirm insurance coverage details to service providers and members
Communicate with service providers around the world (request documentation, reports, invoices, etc.)
Update clients on progress of assistance provided to their members
Assist members with their return home, when necessary
Coordinate with various service providers
Review and interpret benefits plans

Case Management Agent Requirements:

A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills
Proven customer service experience and passion for helping others and sales delivery
Sales and service oriented with a demonstrated ability to proactively listen, identify and solve problems
Effective relationship management skills
Effective communicator, both verbal and written
The ability to multi-task, with above-average computer skills and digital awareness
Insurance and policy knowledge/interpretation
Be available for rotational work on evenings and weekends and on-call
Assets: Bilingual French, Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin and understanding of medical terminology
