As a CDMS Analyst, you'll take center stage in our operations. You'll spearhead the execution of the company Document Management System (CDMS) project in Treasury, collaborating closely with the Treasury team to craft a structured folder system within CDMS. Your role also involves elevating the existing Treasury structure within CDMS and meticulously reviewing document configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for executing the Cenovus Document Management System (CDMS) project in Treasury
• Individual will work with the Treasury team to develop and build a prescribed folder structure in CDMS
• Responsible for enhancing the existing Treasury structure in CDMS and reviewing document structures
• Focus will be on reviewing existing documentation and categorizing documents into the new folder structure
• Review, move and delete approved CDMS content as required
• Assist with Cenovus bank account document management updates as the project progresses
• Manage CDMS users and groups/permissions
• May collaborate with others in CDMS implementations
• Act as first point of contact for CDMS operational issues in Treasury
Key Requirements:
· Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
· Completed a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· 3 - 5 Years Related Experience
· Basic understanding of records management, imaging and archiving, digital transformation
· Comfortable with technology such as but not limited to Office365, Windows Explorer, IE/Chrome
· Communicates effectively
· Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
· OpenText Content Server experience, preferred but not required
· Understanding of Treasury concepts and their related information needs, ideal but not required
