Adecco is currently assisting our medical manufacturing client to fill the position of a Change Facilitator on a 1-year contract.  Working as part of the New Product Engineering (NPI) team, you must have College Diploma (2-year program) or 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

The ideal candidate for the position of Change Facilitator will have experience in technical writing and high attention to detail. As a member of the NPI team the selected candidate will play a key role in assisting engineers with data collections to support product and process improvements. This position is Monday to Friday days and the salary offered will depend on overall experience.

Change Facilities Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with QA and engineering staff to close quality (CAPA) documents by due dates. Tasks will Include investigation activities, historical searches, technical writing, and processing documents in the electronic system.  
  • Coordinate experiments with engineering, QA, operations and planning staff. 
  • Manage documentation updates through the Design Control System by drafting document updates, chairing design reviews, drafting minutes and driving approvals in the electronic document system.
  • Change Facilitator Skills and Qualifications:

  • College Diploma (2- year program).
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Acquiring and demonstrating knowledge of safety and health procedures.
  • Handling a wide variety and large quantity of work efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensuring work is done carefully with appropriate attention to detail and documentation. 
  • Excellent communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Effectively adapting to tight deadlines and changes in priority in order to accomplish objectives.
  • Building and using an effective network of people inside and/or outside the organization to give and receive information and to accomplish work objectives.
  • Applying technology tools effectively and keeping abreast of the latest tools developed to assess their possible application and/or ensure their successful implementation to accomplish objectives.
  • Building and developing team approaches to problem solving, where individual skills and abilities are 'pooled' to address and resolve issues.
  • Exhibiting well-balanced judgement in arriving at conclusions under a variety of situations.
  • Developing recommendations and influencing the decisions of others by identifying and bringing forward key variables/risks that need to be taken into consideration.
