Change Management Officer

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Change Management Officer. This is a 12 Month contract with the possibility of extension, to work Remote with our Crown Corporation Client located in Ottawa. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for one.

The Change Management Officer will have the following responsibilities:

  • Resources are required to build tools and processes;
  • Further develop and manage the change management office working deliverables plan;
  • Develop/refresh a suite of standardized change management tools and resources using MS Word and Excel;
  • Development of a change competency outline/map which focuses on stakeholder integration, change leadership, and overall change management abilities;
  • Develop and coordinate data reporting requirements to provide enterprise view on change management projects and elements leveraging newly acquired Sciforma platform and working closely with the PMO team;
  • Further develop CM and PM integration points/process;
  • Complete industry research as required;
  • Actively lead and participate in meetings as required;
  • Integrate and consult with appropriate client functions as required.
  • The Change Management Officer must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • 5+ years of Project planning experience;
  • 3+ years of Change Management experience;
  • Strong communication skills; written and oral;
  • Proficient in Excel;
  • English essential, French an asset;
  • Prosci certification an asset;
  • Background in training/adult learning an asset;
