Adecco is currently recruiting for a Channel Support Manager in Concord, ON for a technology company client of ours. This is a 7 months contract with a chance of extension and the pay rate is $28.00/hr.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish both written and verbal communication, must be proficient with MS Office and have minimum 3 yrs. of experience in a customer facing role.

Hrs/Wk: 40 – Schedule 8:30 am – 5:00 pm    
Channel Support Manager Responsibilities:
* The candidate will be supporting the Latin American sales channel and will work closely with our sales team and customers to help drive sales activities within the region.
* They will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, assist with the negotiation and maintenance of customer agreements, assist with the third party compliance program and new customer setup process, maintain customer contact lists and price lists, review and approve all discounting, manage distributor growth, marketing and other sales channel programs, generate sales reports and analyze sales channel performance, and perform other sales channel related activities as needed.

Channel Support Manager Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a customer facing role.
* College or University degree in Business Admin or Finance.
* Must be fluent in English and Spanish in both written and verbal communication.
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
* Experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce.com) and the Baan ERP system would be a definite asset.
