Adecco is currently hiring for a Claims Analyst for our client located in Mississauga, ON. To qualify for this role, you must have a degree in Business Administration or related, exceptional communication skills and advanced level MS Excel skills. Our client offers a friendly work environment and an extensive training program. The rate of pay for this role will range between $18-20 per hour based on relevant experience.

Claims Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Following escalation process and being the primary point of contact for addressing all internal claims
  • Tracking any identified trends and reporting that to the appropriate Manager
  • Investigation of claims and reviewing claim info to define nature of the claims and dispute
  • Provides internal customer service to various departments
  • Tracking all information in Excel

Claims Analyst Qualifications:

  • University / College degree in Business Administration or related
  • Advanced level MS Excel and be proficient with pivot tables, v-lookup and formulas
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; ability to meet deadlines
  • Reporting of all findings and data
