Adecco is currently hiring for a Clerical Assistant in Ottawa, ON. To be considered for this Clerical Assistant role, you must have minimum of one year of administration work experience.

This is around 1 year contract and has a pay rate $15.70/hour.

Clerical Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, scanning, indexing, performing quality assurance on all documents for the imaging process
  • Cataloguing and maintaining inventory of documents sent to off-site storage and liaising with staffing to ensure proper completing of forms for indexing
  • Pick up paper documents from departments and scans into electronic documents
  • Other related duties

Clerical Assistant Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in Business Administration or Office Administration
  • Minimum of one year of administration work experience
  • Possess a high attention to detail, strong organization and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • strong keyboarding skills with a high degree of emphases placed on accuracy
  • English essential, bilingualism is an asset
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, Basic Excel
