Adecco is currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Management Administrator in Toronto, ON. This position is for an established and productive support staff in Client Relationship Management, who works on routine tasks under moderate supervision supporting communication and logistics between accounts and the sales team.

Our client is a large and reputable insurance company. This is a 6-months contract with a pay rate of $23/hr. Hours would be 40 hours per week. 
Client Relationship Management Administrator Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy and timely issuance of client documentation including: binders, certificates of insurance, invoices, policies, Auto ID Cards, endorsements and mid-term adjustment
• Create client files and updates filing documentation as required
• Maintain electronic file system and proper records for reporting and audit purposes
• Accounting Reconciliation and clearance of Finance Requests
• Assist in obtaining Premium Finance Quotes and handling the mail service
• Other duties as required
Client Relationship Management Administrator Qualifications:
• Post secondary education or equivalent work experience (preferably with an insurance, financial services or professional services company)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Results oriented with a strong client service focus
• Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Good computer skills with proficiency in email, word processing and spreadsheet software, as well as a working knowledge of presentation software
