Client Service Manager l Vancouver, BC l Permanent

Adecco has partnered with a reputable growing brokerage firm to seek for a Client Service Manager to help coach and train a team to assist the sales division to achieve their goals. You will situated in an office with front views of the harbourfront and get to participate in company's events and other perks.


Under direction with the Sales team, assist with renewal information and document update requests to client and ensuring that complete underwriting information is documented
Participate in assessing client’s needs and developing positive relationships
Administering and managing the information process provided from sales or client to other team members
Oversee the support in preparing proposals and submission drafts when marketing the account
Follow-up with client as directed by client executives
Ensuring accuracy of and signing policy, endorsement and certificate documentation
Ensuring EPIC is accurate and up-to-date with team members
Assist in clarifying certificate requests and provide clear direction for processing
Market certain accounts as assigned
Report claims and assist sales in monitoring information process with claims department
Assist in receivables follow-ups as needed
Manage workflows within team
Participate in marketing, insurer and client meetings as technical expert
Back-up to other department during absences
Participate in continuous learning to develop skill set.


Minimum 2 years insurance experience
Level ll Insurance Broker License
Good working knowledge and experience with EPIC and Excel
Supervisory or managerial experience an asset.
