Adecco is currently hiring for a Client Service Representative to service one of the largest insurance and consulting services firms globally. The Client Service Representative role is an 8am-5pm role (no shifts) with flexibility on start and end times. To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 1-year experience working in a call center industry, with insurance industry knowledge, and CIP or RIBO would be an asset. The Client Service Representative is being hired for a minimum of 6 months (ASAP start), with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent role depending on performance. The Client Service Representative role will be paying $29.22/hour and will be based in Toronto ON.

Client Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client requests and inquiries across several channels in a prompt and professional manner and process timely and accurate completion and/or submission of client requests in accordance with carrier guidelines
  • Analyze, counsel and recommend coverages, identify and fill coverage gaps, identify cross sell opportunities etc
  • Provide quotations, explain and select coverages based on a thorough needs analysis, prepare applications and submit in accordance with carrier guidelines and timelines
  • Complete annual renewal reviews to ensure client needs from coverage and pricing perspective are maintained
  • Obtain claims information in an empathetic, accurate and delicate manner and submit to the carrier in a timely manner
  • Re-underwrite files to ensure policy information and documentation remains up to date
  • Accurate, timely and thorough client documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet individual SLA, KPI and Quality targets
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Client Service Representative Qualifications:

  • College/university degree or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant industry practice or Line of Business experience
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in commercial insurance
  • RIBO license, working towards CAIB or CIP is considered an asset
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Service Center environment an asset
  • Experience with a Broker Management System (BMS) considered an asset
  • Exceptional customer service and inter-personal skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word and Excel
