Looking for a Unicorn! The ideal candidate is someone who is fun and dynamic, skilled in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Microsoft and Excel) and who enjoys internet research, sorting data and building presentations for our clients.

The overall responsibility of the Client Services Specialist is to maximize client relationships through exceptional customer service, reporting and prioritized sales activities within assigned key National Accounts. This position works under general supervision.

Functions of this position include:

Enhancing Adecco’s position and bringing value-added service to the client relationship by providing exceptional customer service.
Tracking weekly, monthly and quarterly distributions of reporting per business unit and answering questions as required.
Assisting in the QBR preparation and delivery.
Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to report and analyze key client data.
Coordinating and consulting with the National Account Manager and the field to better understand client needs, maximize the level of service, encourage relationship building, and provide cost effective service solutions to client expectations.
Assisting the National Account department and the branches with the implementation of new products and services at assigned client locations. Answering questions and providing total support to both the field and the client concerning the Adecco relationship.
Ensuring high quality of standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure Adecco’s position as a provider of the highest quality service to key National Account clients. Providing direction to Adecco branches and makes judgments to preserve and enhance the clients’ level of satisfaction.
Developing action plans with the branch office to resolve quality, service, support and fulfillment issues.
Performing other duties as assigned.


Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
Three (3) years working experience in a sales/customer service or administrative role, preferably in the service industry.
Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
