Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Client Service position in Thorold. The Client Service individual must be flexible with their schedule and available from 8 am – 11:30 pm from Monday – Saturday. Our client is looking for someone to who will fit into their team, someone who is customer focused, can work as a team, is able to problem solve & pay attention to detail, and is accountable.  The pay rate is $16.00/hr plus 4% vacation pay.

 

Client Service Responsibilities:

 

• Support and expand social media self-serve advertising customer base

• Demonstrate the value of advertising solutions and provide support for all self-service products to improve their experience 

• Receive and log internal and/or external customer problem/request/issues ensuring accurate documentation

• Perform follow-ups on incidents with advertiser to ensure customer satisfaction  

 

Client Service Qualifications:

 

• High School Diploma or GED  

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience  

• Must be familiar with online advertising products

• Experience using social media professional skill requirements
