Adecco is currently hiring for an Onsite Staffing Manager in Vaughan.

To be considered for this Onsite Staffing Manager role, you must have staffing industry experience, strong leadership and communication skills and ability to travel to all client sites in Canada. The ideal candidate is someone who likes a challenge, has a customer focused attitude, a strong sense of urgency and the resiliency to deliver exceptional service in an ever-changing environment. In this role, the incumbent will oversee the Adecco program delivery at the Canadian client site including service delivery, order fulfillment and issue escalation and resolution.

Onsite Staffing Manager Responsibilities:


Acts as the primary and single point of contact between the client and Adecco. Ensures critical information is communicated both to the client as well as Adecco field offices as required. Acts as the primary escalation point for service delivery, order fulfillment and payroll and billing issues.
Manages the overall performance of the Adecco program delivery at the client’s site(s), ensures standardized and consistent delivery of service nationally, adhering to contracted SLA’s. Monitors order fulfillment and assists with potential and actual recruitment (resource management) challenges as needed.
Works with the client’s departmental supervisors to understand overall staffing strategy and to forecast order volume. Communicates accurate, up to date order information to branch offices, with a focus on positively influencing order fulfillment to ensure delivery expectations are met.
Compiles and distributes specialized daily, weekly and monthly reports; takes action on any improvement areas identified and works in conjunction with branch offices to ensure a high level of service quality.
Attends daily staffing meetings and/or conference calls and contributes to quarterly business reviews with the client.
Supervises and motivates Team Leads onsite, providing coaching and performance development as needed. Works closely with branch staff in various locations assigned to support the client account.



Onsite Staffing Manager Requirements:


Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Four (4) years temporary staffing services experience or related experience required.
A minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience
Proficient in in-house tools and PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications.
Working knowledge of Provincial Labour laws and experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices are all great assets.
