Adecco is currently recruiting to a full time permanent Commercial Property Lease Administrator job in Edmonton, AB. You will be working for a well-established commercial property management company located in central Edmonton. The Commercial Property Lease Administrator will be responsible for the preparation of all legal documentation pertaining to leasing/real estate. Our client is offering an extremely competitive base salary plus benefits and 3 weeks’ vacation to start.

Commercial Property Lease Administrator Responsibilities:

Preparation of all lease documentation as it pertains to commercial property management/real estate
Preparing all new tenant letters, renewals, amendments and surrenders
Preparing offers to lease, proposals, estoppels and assignments
Acting as a back up to the Director of Real Estate Administration


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of direct related work experience in a similar role working in a commercial property management environment
You MUST possess experience creating and drafting lease documentation on your own
A team player who has the proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced professional setting
Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate level MSOffice skills including Word and Excel
