Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Commercial Property Manager job in Edmonton, AB. The Commercial Property Manager position will require the incumbent to possess a minimum of 5+ years of related work experience in a commercial building environment. Our client, a well established property management company is offering a competitive annual salary based on the incumbents qualifications.

Commercial Property Manager Responsibilities:


You will be responsible for and manage your assigned portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties which will include general accounting responsibilities, follow up on property maintenance, tenant relationship building, leasing renewals and general administration.
You will play an active role in the negotiation of leases and liaison with outside brokers when applicable
Prepare and monitor annual operating, leasing and capital budgets
Work closely with Building Operator to ensure all tenant requests and maintenance requirements are being met in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:


The incumbent must possess a minimum of 5+years direct related experience managing various commercial properties
Must hold a current real estate (RECA) license
Possess exceptional time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of clients
Strong computer and report skills
