The National Sales Compliance department is looking for someone who is detail oriented, resourceful and able to meet extremely tight deadlines to join their team as a National Sales Compliance Coordinator. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the field with all National contract compliance inquiries to ensure Adecco remains compliant while servicing our client.

Functions of this position include:

Reviews and sets up new executed agreements. This includes internal database research, compiling information from the contract, and preparing pricing and screening files.
Supports the field and Account Managers on National Account contracts in an effective and timely manner.
Engages with sales and team support departments as necessary, publishing webdocs, and effectively communicating with branches across Canada to provide clarity as required.
Ensures any executed contract changes/updates are promptly actioned, and client documentation is uploaded and filed promptly
Manages and updates national contract tracking file with specific contract details when new agreements or changes to existing agreements are negotiated.
Communicates with US counterparts and various internal departments as required.
Ensures VP, National Sales & Marketing approval is on record.
Publishes corporate communications providing notification to the field of any new national accounts, and/or of any changes/updates to existing accounts.
Assists with special projects and other duties as required


Requirements:

Minimum two (2) years’ related experience, preferably in a sales department or similar environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office functions such as Excel, Outlook and Word.
Familiarity with Sharepoint would be ideal.
Experience with Custom Match is preferred.
Strong customer service skills are required.
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Flexible to work extended and/or non-standard work hours when required.
