As the building provides 24/7 Concierge and Valet service to its residential tenants, this role will have various shifts that require support and coverage so flexibility is key - there will be just 3-4 shifts every couple weeks although at times there could be a little more with vacation leaves to be covered but you would know well in advance. Face-to-face greeting and interaction with tenants; this includes socializing, assisting with needs/calls, etc.
Ensuring the front desk is tidy, engaging and presentable at all time
Providing polite, professional and accurate direction and information; questions, inquiries, concerns
Contact person for facilities related questions and vendors to the building
Provide valet service to tenants when required; parking garage in the building
Overnight shifts will provide car wash service in the on-site bay
General customer service, support and care
