Construction Project Coordinator

Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Construction Project Coordinator in Edmonton, AB. Our client is a leading General Contractor, and, in this role, you will be helping them to expand while working with their Edmonton-based Project Management team. This position offers the opportunity for growth and advancement.


  • Work together with project managers and site superintendents and assist them in their workload
  • Ensure productivity and schedule compliance by coordinating and scheduling sub-trades
  • Attend client meetings, trades meetings, safety meetings, etc. as well as required site meetings
  • Assist in the reviews of pricing tracking, and scheduling with the project manager
  • Achieve highest balance of quality control, project profitability and schedule attainment
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar general contractor/construction related role is preferred
  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering Technology/Construction or related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial (ICI) construction space
  • Must be knowledgeable in construction contracts and specifications
  • ASET or APEGA designations will be considered as an asset
