Adecco is currently recruiting for a full time permanent Construction Project Coordinator job in Edmonton, AB. Working with a team of Project Managers and project professionals the Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with all project related tasks. Our client is a well established interior commercial construction company offering a competitive toward rewards package.

Construction Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in completing projects.
Assisting the PM to prepare estimates and budgets.
Preparing tender invitations to solicit sub trades and suppliers to submit quotations.
Delivering the tender documents.
Scheduling of operations and maintenance seminars.
Health and safety training and participation.
Completing time sheets daily for each project and submitting to the office biweekly.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of direct related work experience
A diploma in Construction Engineering or a related discipline would be considered an asset
Possess strong analytical skills in collecting and organizing statistical data; analyzing, classifying and rating project financial impacts and/or success and maintaining accurate records
You will have strong communication skills and effective resolution and conflict management abilities.
You will be a team player who is able to effectively manage your time and duties while multi-tasking to meet deadlines on an ongoing basis.
