Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Consumer Insights Advisor for our client in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with market research, segmentation and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of quantitative market research experience.

Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Representing the voice of our retail and wholesale customer, using market research to support Brand Marketing category and business objectives.
  • Working with market research, segmentation, and analytics, uncovering actionable ‘so what’ insights to guide business strategy and decisions.
  • Utilizing Qualtrics market research software tools to author, program and execute research studies to meet project objectives.
  • Supporting strategic and tactical projects to further retail and wholesale marketing priorities.
  • Managing research community health and engagement.
  • Assisting in the development and evaluation of the annual retail campaign calendar, as well as campaign messaging and testing of communications creative.
  • Participating in product or concept innovation workshops as the research lead.
  • Qualifications :
  • Minimum five years of quantitative market research experience
  • Education in Communications or MBA
  • Experience of market research methodologies and practice, including survey writing, sampling methodology, survey programming, deployment, and analysis
  • Experience with Qualtrics Research XM
  • Experience with statistical software packages such as SPSS, R, or similar
  • MS Power BI experience an asset
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills
  • Retail marketing, sales, communications, or loyalty experience an asset
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
