Adecco is currently hiring for a Contact Centre Representative at North York, Toronto. To qualify for the Contact Centre Representative role, you must be able to work rotational shift 9:00 – 8:00 pm and have 1+ year call center experience, ability to multitask in a challenging environment, and Financial / Banking Industry experience.

 

We are looking for individuals who have strong experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer) and ability to work independently and manage one's time. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 6-months contract position with a pay rate of $16.63 per hour.

           

Contact Centre Representative Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Responsible for determining the client's issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.
  • Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
  • Communicate information inaccuracies in a clear, concise and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the team's success by displaying a supportive and positive attitude.

 

Contact Center Representative Qualifications:

  • Customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills – verbal & written
  • Interpersonal skills – gel well with the team
  • Previous call center experience
  • Ability to multitask in a challenging environment
  • Financial / Banking Industry / SLA (Service Level Agreement) Experience
  • Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Able to work Mon – Sat. 9:00 AM-8:00 PM (Shifts to be determined)
