Contact Centre Representative- Inbound I

Adecco is currently hiring for a Contact Centre Representative in North York Toronto, ON. This position is with one of the 5 major banks.  To qualify for the Contact Centre Representative role, you must be able to work rotational shift 9:00 – 8:00 pm and have 1+ year call center experience, ability to multitask in a challenging environment, and Financial / Banking Industry experience.

New grads are welcome!

The Contact Centre Representative- Inbound I is a 6-month contract and has a pay rate of $16.63 per hour.


Contact Centre Representative - Inbound I Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills

Contact Centre Representative - Inbound I Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills – verbal & written
  • Customer service skills
  • Interpersonal skills – work well with the team
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Previous call center experience
  • Financial & Banking Industry 
  • Microsoft office knowledge, proficiency in Excel is a must, coupled with the ability to learn and apply skills to new software programs. 
  • Degree or certification: business commerce or finance background, basic level of accounting, and CSC
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience, new grads are welcome
  • Able to work Mon – Sat. 9:00 AM-8:00 PM (Shifts to be determined)
