Adecco is currently hiring for Contact Centre Representatives to work remote until office reopens for our client located in Saint John, NB. To qualify for the Contact Centre Representative role, you must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a call-center, be self-sufficient with great communication skills, and can be customer focused. Our client is a large, reliable, and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 6-month full time contract with the possibility of extension, paying $17.74 an hour.
Contact Centre Representative Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high volume of calls and redirect them to the appropriate department
  • The types of calls you will receive are insurance based but no insurance experience required
  • Keeping customer data accurate by changing due dates and updating customer information
  • Responsible for discretion when handling client records
  • Contact Centre Representatives Main Requirements:

  • High school completion required. 0-2 year’s customer service-related experience required.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-years of experience within a call-center environment
  • Strong listening skills are a must to be able to determine which department the client needs to be transferred to in a timely manner
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage customers and provide any needs-based solutions
  • Excellent professionalism when it comes to judgement
  • Ability to be a team player and adapt to a fast-paced environment as well as work independently and manage one’s time
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
