Adecco is currently hiring for a Contract Administrator role in Mississauga. This is a contract position for approximately 12 months with potential to get permanent. To qualify for this role the ideal candidate must  have a bachelor’s degree, experience with insurance company or bank. Our Client is a is a Fortune 500 company and is recognized as a global leader in the commercial vehicle, financial, and customer service fields with internationally recognized brands. The pay would be $25

Job Description:
• Administrate and process retail, direct loan and lease contracts while accurately ensuring procedural compliance and timeliness.
• Prepare direct loan, lease contract and supporting documentation upon request.
• Prepare and process rewrites, refinances and transfer of equities and supporting documents. 
• Set up and maintain customer account information in Southpac and OMS operating systems. 
• Generate and distribute internal operating documents and reports.
• Conduct and assist PPSA and insurance follow-up activities. 
• Provide administrative support to dealers, customers and management.
• Provide telephone back-up for Area Receptionist when requested and perform special projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skills 

• Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills while maintaining high quality customer-service orientation. 
• University degree is required.  
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail including ability to balance multiple priorities. 
• Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, DocuWare and typing. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Must be a team player and able to work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment.  
• Three to Five years contract administrative experience preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
