Adecco is currently looking for a Contract Management Specialist in Ottawa, ON. Our client is a large multinational technology company.  This is a specific role to help with a current contract in place. Our client has a very unique contract with the federal government in Ottawa and this person will be customer facing assisting in an administrative state. They will also be working with partners and price files.  We are looking for individuals who have experience with the government, licensing, procurement and government purchasing.

This is a 6-months contract with a pay rate of $33.00/hour  per hour.

Contract Management Specialist
Responsibilities : 

  • Monthly Price file management (2 days per week)
  • Pull updates each month
  • Check any new products against SOC compliance
  • Update customer and partner versions with any additions/ deletions in the contract defined process
  • Match last month file to new file to ensure all pricing is correct 
  • Submit price file to SSC & handle any inquiries
  • Post partner price files on their share site & handle any partner queries 
  • Manage partner SharePoint sites
  • Customer & Partner support for cloud contract (2.5 days per week)
  • Orchestration of problem resolution required to solve customer and/or partner issues (post-sales)
  • Cloud services adjustments/issues, provisioning 
  • Sub Account Creation process
  • Welcome letter escalations
  • Additional Admin set up escalations
  • OLS change escalations
  • Azure support request escalations
  • Azure portal billing issues
  • Track all amendments for the 10 cloud contracts
  • Collaboration with EOU including ATU, STU and CSU as well as services
  • Manage & Track with ATS Azure onboarding sessions for each client
  • Documentation of the resolutions & FAQ and building out new processes to assist in resolving these issues during pre-sales, contract signing (.5 day per week) 
  • Identify opportunities to reduce pre-and post-sales issues

Contract Management Specialist  Qualifications : 

  • Being able to solve problems that do not have a clear answer; 
  • Creative thinking – ability to look at problems from different points of view and bring forward options to get to a resolution for the customer and/or partner
  • Strong collaborator across the cross-functional team(s):  Team player 
  • Strong communicator – both verbal and written
  • Technical understanding of cloud services (ideal!)
  • Strong organizational skills and project management skills
  • Ability to build out new processes including documentation 
  • Strong understanding of  client's Volume Licensing and execution processes
  • Experience in reporting using Excel and/or Business Intelligence Applications
Top 3 must-have hard skills
- 2-5 years contract experience 
- 2+ years Licensing experience 
- 2+ years in a customer facing role
