Adecco is currently hiring a Contract Specialist in Ottawa, ON.  This Contract Specialist is a 8-months contract position and has a pay rate $33.00/hour . 

The Contract Specialist Responsibilities Include:  

  • Monthly Price file management (2 days per week)
  • Post partner price files on their share site & handle any partner queries  
  • Manage partner SharePoint sites
  • Customer & Partner support for cloud contract (2.5 days per week)
  • Orchestration of problem resolution required to solve customer and/or partner issues (post-sales)
  • Manage & Track with ATS Azure onboarding sessions for each client
  • Documentation of the resolutions & FAQ and building out new processes to assist in resolving these issues during pre-sales, contract signing (.5 day per week)
  • Identify opportunities to reduce pre-and post-sales issues

The Contract Specialist Qualifications Include:

  • Extremely strong problem-solving skills and Being able to solve problems that do not have a clear answer
  • Creative thinking – ability to look at problems from different points of view and bring forward options to get to a resolution for the customer and/or partner 
  • Strong collaborator across cross-functional team(s)
  • Strong organizational skills and project management skills
  • Experience in reporting using Excel and/or Business Intelligence Applications
