Adecco is currently hiring for a Contracts Administrator to work with our client for a 6 month contract, located in Mississauga, ON. To qualify for this role, you must a minimum of 2 years experience working as an Administrator within an Insurance / Financial environment, strong customer service abilities and post secondary degree / diploma. Our client is a well-known financial organization that offers a positive work environment and extensive training program. The rate of pay for this position will be $19-21 per hour. 

Contracts Administration Responsibilities: 

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support in the area of insurance
  • Conducts insurance followup activities which include: Scanning and electronic filing of incoming insurance mail
  • Addressing and resolving insurance cancellations
  • Coordinating/Communicating Insurance default to the Collections Team
  • Generating various reports and corresponding mailing materials
  • Follow up with customers for proper documentation/expired policies
  • Review and proof certificates for proper wording, accuracy and limits
  • Communicate with agents in regards to certificate requirements
  • Update database with insurance related information and activity in a timely manner
  • Provide training and support to the Area Office Administrator in regards to daily insurance follow up efforts
  • Additional administrative duties and projects as assigned
Contracts Administrator Qualifications: 
  • Two years administrative experience, preferably in an insurance / financial environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proven ability to stay organized; great attention to detail
  • Excellent follow-up and time management skills
  • Work well as a team player
  • MS Office proficiency
  • College/University degree
  • Bilingual French / English an asset
